Dive into the mud this Autumn for a fantastic family day out. The HARP Mud Run is organised by the High Ashes Rural Project .

The 2024 Mud Run is on Sunday, 6th October 2024. Slide , crawl and run around this great obstacle course. This event is family-friendly and perfect for all abilities. The are Two runs. A 10k and a 5k. All finishers get a metal and an enormous amount of satisfaction.
