The HARP mud Run , is organised by High Ashes Rural Project.

The 2025 Mud Run is on Sunday , 6 April 2025. Slide , crawl ,run  or walk around this course. This event is family-friendly and perfect for all abilities. There are Two runs. A 10k and a 5K. All finishers get a metal and an enormous amount of satisfaction.
